Chauffeurs
The chauffeurs of RLM Executive Transportation are exceptionally professional and outstanding in their industry.
All our chauffeurs are courteous, prompt, professional in appearance, and highly knowledgeable of the entire San Francisco Bay Area.
All chauffeurs are required to complete our exclusive Safety Risk Control Chauffeur Training. Our recurring driver training program, conducted by our Senior Risk Control Specialist and Safety Department, periodically refreshes our chauffeurs on policies and procedures.
Our chauffeur training curriculum includes:
- Proper protocol and etiquette for all clients, including CEOs, dignitaries, and celebrities
- Extensive studies of San Francisco and the Bay Area
- Professional airport greeting and baggage escort service
- Knowledge of San Francisco and Bay Area restaurants and current entertainment and sporting events
- Professional driving tours of San Francisco, Napa, Monterey and other tourist locations
- Safety Certification from the National Safety Risk Control Management Association
- Drug and Alcohol testing during the length of their employment
- Thorough background checks
- Bilingual-speaking
Chauffeur Requirements:
- Read and sign the RLM Chauffeurs Manual outlining the company’s operating Procedures and Policies
- Show proof of employment eligibility in accordance with state regulations
- Provide a current copy of a DMV driver’s license and California DMV driving records
- Professional dress code of matching dark-colored suits, ties, white shirts and dress shoes
Employer Pull Notice (EPN) Program:
We utilize the Employer Pull Notice (EPN) Program, provided by the California Dept. of Motor Vehicles, from which we receive updated driving records for every chauffeur at our company throughout his or her employment history. We dismiss employees when their record shows numerous violations or a suspended license. Safety is our first priority and we only employ drivers who know the driving laws and adhere to California Highway Patrol regulations.
