On-time, courteous and competent service is a hallmark of RLM Executive. We make it simple and convenient to book your reservation. That’s why we offer two convenient ways to book your San Francisco Bay Area luxury transportation services: by phone or online.

Before you book your reservation with RLM Executive Limousine and Sedan, please review the following policies. If you have any questions, your booking agent will be happy to help.
At the time of your booking, you must provide RLM with your name, full contact information including the phone number where you can be reached at the time of your reservation, and a credit/debit card or other authorized form of payment, such as a purchase order. Online reservations cannot be booked sooner than 24 hours in advance.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 12 hours in advance (72 hours for buses and specialty vehicles) to cancel. We will issue you a cancellation number at that time. If you do not contact us by the cancellation deadline, you will be charged the full reservation fee.
If you fail to show at the designated time and place agreed to in your reservation, we will attempt to contact you using the information you provided when you booked the reservation. If we cannot reach you, the reservation will be treated as a late cancellation, and you will be charged the full reservation fee, unless you can provide a cancellation number issued by RLM.
Stops, Transfers, and Waiting:
When you book a reservation, the price quoted will be for direct transport from your pickup location to your destination. Please discuss any additional stops you need to make with your booking agent at that time. Unplanned stops will be subject to an additional fee of $20 each. If, at the time of your trip, you keep our chauffeur waiting longer than 20 minutes, we will charge you for a minimum 2-hour reservation.
Passengers and Luggage:
When you book your reservation, please consider the number of passengers and pieces of luggage (including golf bags) in your party. Our booking agents will help you. If, at the time of your trip, we find that the passengers and luggage will not fit in the vehicle you’ve ordered, we reserve the right to substitute a larger vehicle with enough capacity for your party, and to charge you for the difference in vehicles.
- Luxury sedans: 2 passengers, 2 standard-size suitcases and 2 carry-on bags (no more than 45 total inches in all dimensions, l + w + h)
- SUVs: 4 passengers, 4 suitcases, 2 carry-ons
- Stretch limousines: 6, 8 or 10 passengers, 4 suitcases, 2 carry-ons
If you need more capacity, our booking agents will recommend our executive vans.
Please note: for estimating luggage capacity, we do not allow luggage in the interior, both for your safety and to preserve the interior against wear and tear. Exceptions will be made only for small, soft carry-ons.
All RLM Executive Limousine and Sedan vehicles are nonsmoking.
Only small pets are allowed in RLM Executive Limousine and Sedan vehicles, and only when kept in an approved pet carrier for the duration of the trip.
RLM will provide child seats of all ages, but our insurance policy will not allow our chauffeurs to SECURE the seat in the vehicles or BUCKLE child in the seats. This is the responsibility of the parents or guardian.
